You can safely add other fruit that you like or that you think will go well with your mixture. The freedom of choice is really wide.
Marijuana ice cream recipe
The first thing to do is to get a saucepan with a long and narrow bottom, to prevent the cream from burning.
Put the cream in the saucepan and place it on the stove, initially maintaining a low heat and then reaching a medium flame. Your goal is to make the liquid cream come to a boil but without burning.
While you wait for the cream to be ready, take the cannabis butter from the fridge and keep it outside for a few minutes. Take a second saucepan and put the butter to melt together with the sugar (over low heat).
Take a small bowl and put the fruit in it. What you should get is a nice homogeneous mixture.
When everything is ready, add cream and butter to the fruit mixture , continuing to mix until what comes out is nothing more than a nice compact cream.
Drain everything in a special container and put it in the freezer for at least one night.
And your cannabis light ice cream is ready!
If you’re wondering how to get cannabis butter, fear not – nothing could be easier!
How to make cannabutter for marijuana ice cream
- 15 gr of inflorescences / CBD oil (to taste)
- 250 grams of unsalted butter
- 300 ml of water (plus possible addition)
Chop the inflorescences and in the meantime put some water to boil in a saucepan. When the water is about to boil, add the butter.
Once the butter has melted, you can add chopped marijuana buds or CBD oil.
At this point there is nothing left to do but wait, because to obtain a good cannabutter, rich in CBD, the mixture must cook between 8 and 24 hours.
If the water ends up leveling too soon, you can always add more.
When the mixture is ready and the expected hours have passed, filter everything into a container and put it in the fridge.
After a few hours, take it out: you will see a mixture divided into a liquid and a hard part. The one you are interested in is the top one, your cannabutter ready to be used!
